Early 20th Century Modern Kanzashi Hairpin

Exquisite  Taisho- Early Showa period  (1920s-30s) modern  art deco  metalwork kanzashi. This is unused and still in it's charming paper covered cardboard box.    A simple deco design with floral and screen motifs stylised with an art nouveau feel.  The  'New  Fashion' label  in English would have appealed to the  fashionable moga ('modern girl') of the period.   It's  still attached to the box so I couldn't remove it to  show how it is hinged at the top.   It measures  11cm and the round part is 3 cm in diameter.
