Sashiko Needles

Two packets of sashiko needles.  Each packet has  3 medium  (43mm) and  3 large (49mm).  Total 12 needles.   These needles are 'handmade'  at a small factory in Hiroshima.  Relatively short needles like this are usually used with a ring thimble and  became popular when sashiko spread more widely as a decorative hobby.  (Compared with  the longer thicker needles used  with a palm thimble in earlier regional sashiko traditions). I recommend these shorter needles for smaller, more complex patterns. They're a useful general purpose needle as well, with large easy to thread eyes.
