Vintage Sashiko Fabric

Traditionally sashiko was done on plain indigo dyed antique cotton like this. These pieces have  come from old futon covers  or work clothes and date from  early  - mid 20th century. They have lovely rustic character and will be beautiful to stitch on.  There are four pieces  each approximately 33cm x 50cm.
